In 2001, Darin Hartley wrote an article for the ASTD about how "Most people complain about working with suppliers. Indeed, some folks think that suppliers are out to get them--and a fast buck. However, most suppliers are scrupulous. They will do whatever they are told to do by the client, and they often will make suggestions when clients don’t know what to do.
